Acceptance of Terms
Rockawaybear provides services to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by rockawaybear from time to time without notice.
Available stuff
We are not a big company, that means we do not produce the stuff in very high editions. So one day some shirts will not be available anymore in some sizes or colours. We try to update the site concerning to the available sizes and colours but it may happen that something offered by us on this website has run out. We will inform you immediately in this case and offer you a similar product. But if there is no interest on your site we will pay the money back via paypal (in case you also paid via paypal) immediately.
Shirt Sizes
We use different Basic Shirts. Shirt sizes are listed at "infos" or if they are different from that they may be listed in the details-pop-up window. Please check the sizes before you order a shirt. If it doesnt fit we can exchange it (if we still have your size) but we have to charge you the extra shipping costs, as our calculation is very tight.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for simple mail are included. Please select the price concerning to your country (Germany, Europe or Worldwide); the price different is just the shipping costs for us. Packages with more than 3 shirts are sent as insured packages. But less stuff is usualy sent by regular mail, that means no insurance. If you wish the stuff to be sent registered, please let us know.
Referrals and links
The author is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from his pages - unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site from viewing those pages.
